Kayraxis Platform

Agents that return
far more than they cost.

The platform arm of Kayraxis builds the computational tools and vertical Human–AI systems that perform the functions producing industrial value — one profession's chain at a time, with judgment and the signature kept human by design.

The toolchain

Five assets, one chain

Each tool exists to hold a function of the chain or to catch a disturbance acting on it. Nothing in the toolchain carries the signature — that stays with the professional, by design rather than by disclaimer.

How we build

Vertical agentic AI, one chain at a time

We do not build a general assistant and hope a profession adapts to it. We decompose one profession's chain, set a level of automation per function, and build the system around the allocation.

  1. Allocation before architecture. The level of automation is set per function, not per job — high where the agents hold volume and recall, low where judgment lives — and re-set as the frontier moves.
  2. Verification is a first-class feature. The user experience of checking an agent's work is designed with the same care as the agent, because the catch is a kept, practised, paid human function — not a disclaimer.
  3. Integration points are the product. The moments where an agent hands work back to a human carry the system's value; we design those handoffs, not just the automation between them.
  4. Usable on a Tuesday. If a result cannot be turned into something a professional uses inside their real working day, we treat it as unfinished research and send it back.
The lawyer's chain: four functions with a level of automation per function, the disturbances marked, and judgment and the signature kept with the lawyer
The pattern. One chain, decomposed; agents where volume and recall win; the human where judgment and accountability live. The pattern generalises to any job whose value is a chain of cognitive functions.
Systems

AI-native systems built on the platform

Mergen AI

AI-native Food Assurance Platform. Compliance work for the food and beverage value chain — 180+ workflows from supplier screening to recall classification — executed by agents with global regulatory knowledge, while judgment and accountability stay with the compliance professional.

It is the manifesto's lawyer's letter, deployed in another profession's chain: the agents hold the finding and the drafting, the professional holds the opinion and the signature.

The next chain

The method generalises to any profession whose value is a chain of cognitive functions: legal opinions, regulatory filings, underwriting, auditing, clinical documentation.

If your firm runs on such a chain and would rather design its reorganisation than suffer it, we want to decompose it with you — and measure both sides of the result.

The bar

Industrial utility, measured

A Human–AI system has to deliver the same output more cheaply than the alternative already in wide use — and cost has two sides, time and capital, that must both be reasonable at once.

No one pays a dollar to receive ten cents, and no one waits a week for what they needed in a day. Electricity was adopted at scale because the value it delivered so far outran its price that the choice made itself; that is the adoption curve the platform is built to earn. Every system we ship clears this bar before it ships: value delivered over time cost plus capital cost beats the incumbent, with the pricing of the work redesigned alongside the allocation where the billable hour would otherwise swallow the gain.

That is one half of the Kayraxis test. The other half — that meaning and retained expertise survive the deployment — is measured by Kayraxis Research, from the same data. A system passes only when both halves hold.

Perform the functions that produce the value, cheaply enough that paying for the agents and the humans returns far more than it costs — and leave the professional a job that is still theirs.
